“Unit 3B Pros: Other tenants are nice and polite Cons: - HUGE overheating issues - it is 90 degrees in my apartment because of the heater even with windows open and when it is cold outside. Unacceptable - management is absolutely unreachable, super ignores you and sends someone unqualified to deal with issues and management takes days to answer emails if they ever do. Their phone number is simply offline - Super loud outside, there’s always a group of men yelling in the street at 2 AM Advice to landlord: Replace all management and fix the heaters”

“Unit 1C Pros: Spacious, laundry, no mail theft Cons: Pests, bad neighbors, unresponsive management”

“Pros: I like the location and the neighborhood is nice Cons: not a ton of lighting”

“Pros: Superintendent is quick to respond if something goes wrong. Landlord is not as quick but usually responds within the week. Pest control comes once every month if you need it in your apt. Cons: A lot of rats on this street. I think people are selling drugs in this street, so sometimes there are strange people walking around. Police commotion has happened a few times for the past year”
