Cons: - Rat problem for MONTHS. - Unresponsive/ mean management -Packages stolen consistently - Took 3 months before we got our security deposit back from management (had to chase them down and threaten legal action) Advice to landlord: Be kinder and more responsive towards your tenants. They do not appreciate repeat tenancy. Always felt like a chase when there was a problem with the apartment.”

The location is also the best, being next to everything but still a rather quiet building, especially the apartments facing the back. Good closet space and windows. Cons: We had problems with mice in the beginning, but management immediately sent us an exterminator and the issue was solved quite quickly. The bathroom of my apartment was very small and living room layout wasn’t great, but still totally livable and enjoyable.”
