“Pros: Nice building and location Cons: Landlord completely unresponsive to major maintenance issues, including mold. Advice to landlord: Respond”

“Pros: The location is great and the neighbours are very nice and friendly. Cons: It is impossible to have a constructive conversation with the management. Impossible to communicate with them and they constantly give empty promises but seldom follow up. Management is lazy, incompetent, and does not care about the tenant rights or wishes. I have heard other tenants have the same complaints as I do. Advice to landlord: I would get a new broker.”
