“Unit 20 Pros: This is a fine building in a good location and the live in Super is a plus and very responsive. Lovely neighbors and not too much street noise. Some of the units are also rent stabilized! Cons: If there is a bigger problem (i.e. mice, ceiling leaks) do not expect a quick or satisfactory response from management. They are slow and often unhelpful, you really have to advocate for yourself to get things fixed.”

“Pros: Super in building is responsive and very helpful, garbage is easy to manage and never builds up. Cons: Some tenants are not clean and loud. No roof access or laundry in building.”

“Pros: Responsive management and great live-in super. Cons: Just based on the age of the building and how it’s kept, there has been a few big roaches here and there and an occasional mouse.”
