“Pros: Area is gorgeous Cons: Gas leak 2 years ago. Heat and hot water go out constantly. They removed individual ConEd meters. All tenants have been paying estimated bills for almost 2 years- many were gone during the pandemic. They locked the basement so ConEd cannot get in. Recently removed the heat thermostat. Constant construction w/o permits. All calls and emails go unanswered. Advice to landlord: This building was well run before you purchased it.”
