“Unit 4G Pros: Beautiful pre-war apartment on a quiet street in historic Crown Heights. A few blocks from the Nostrand Avenue A and C trains. Close to Super Foodtown and a laundromat on Atlantic. Landlord is responsive and takes good care of the building. Cons: Occasional issues with mice.”
