“Pros: There are no pros Cons: Horrible maintenance times. Old plumbing. Tubs constantly backed up. Hear and hot water go out. No repairs or response on weekends. Super does not respond to texts or calls. Very sloppy, dirty building. Bugs. Do not rent in this building.”
