“Unit 7 Pros: Building has a cleaner come monthly or bimonthly to clean the stairwell. Garbage (on the second floor) is managed by the Super. Super generally responds within a day or so. You can't beat this location for LES. Cons: Noise isn't horrible but Lucky Jack's is right below. Lots of honking since we're right off the bridge & Delancey. Gilman Management is not responsive whatsoever but the Super is, luckily. Apartment is pretty small but you're paying for location more than anything. Advice to landlord: Gilman Management needs better response time. I wasn't responded to for months regarding my lease ending.”
