“Pros: Location is good, lots to do and eat, neighbors are nice, 2 full bathrooms, nice roof Cons: issues with occasional mouse, bugs and leaks. Response time can be long, issues with packages being stolen and cameras not working in lobby Advice to landlord: Better response time”
