126 ELIZABETH STREET, LLC · avg 4.7 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: management was responsive. fridge broke and management pulled one from an empty unit and replaced ours within a few hours of calling. Hallways and stairs cleaned weekly. Cons: buzzer often broken. Advice to landlord: fix buzzer”
— 126 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: No bug or rat problems. Clean building with newly renovated apartments Cons: No online rent payment. The hot water and heat did shut off a couple of times in the winter but management was responsive and usually came and fixed within the hour. The live in super cannot really help with much so getting repairs does take some time. Advice to landlord: Be prepared to get packages as soon as they arrive as there has been some theft issues!”
— 126 ELIZABETH STREET · Manhattan“Pros: Excellent location (border of Nolita and Chinatown) Cons: Building management is incredibly rude and unaccommodating; unit was priced at over $3k a month for a 1.5 bed & bath (second bedroom can accommodate a full bed only, no furniture). Rent was raised 20% after 1 year with no explanation or room for negotiation. Pre-pandemic the bar below (Tropical 128) was very loud Thurs-Saturday nights (music & talking can be heard in rooms facing the street or the bar).”
