“Unit 1B Pros: I was happy the lease was only a year Cons: Smells like weed constantly because the vents are joined together Amazing! Brand new and yet the roaches have already moved in first. The management are complete scum be prepared to even go to court if you have to they simply don’t respect you or your life. Management is Jewish also keep in mind if you ever want help past Friday or the tons of holidays they ignore you to celebrate. But the super isn’t so you’d think oh he can be accessible? NO and you don’t want him to be he’s a complete pervert and will prey upon anyone <30 don’t worry about reporting it either they know and they don’t care! If you like to be preyed upon by both the management the other people living here and the super then you’ll love being here Advice to landlord: Act like you are housing human beings since you yourself are a human being. Also you bring shame to hashem may he condemn you”

“Pros: Awesome neighborhood. For the most part building is full of great neighbors. Central air. Roof is great during Fourth of July. Park a block away is great for kids. Office responds fairly quickly Cons: The new super sucks and is unresponsive Never know when the elevator will work. Literally watched two girls have to move without the elevator working. Left and came back later at night and they were still moving. There’s a roach problem. The building will be spotless one day every two weeks rest of the time it’s dirty. Garage is tight you will scrape your car! The parents at the school next-door do not care. It’s an active driveway. There was plenty of times I had to get out of my car and ask people to move, and no one cared. Laundry room is always dirty, including machines, to the point that I started to wash clothes outside of the building. Front door doesn’t always close so people who shouldn’t be in the building come in all the time. Advice to landlord: Rehire the old super! Fix the front door”

“Pros: -new build -appliances / amenities in building Cons: -management -fake luxury -new super is horrible -amentities are not cared for -aggressive management and brokers Advice to landlord: if you want to charge what you charge you should put some focus into the building and the tenants that pay you”

“Pros: - Most sounds from neighbors are muffled, however you can hear everything going on inside apartments in the hallways very clearly. - Multiple public transit options, N/D train, buses - New building - Gym in building - Basement garage, very tight and small though - Front of building higher level units have a beautiful view - New appliances Cons: - Each unit has its own very small water tank/boiler, so hot water runs out quickly (10-15 min shower) and doesn’t refill quickly for next person to have hot water - Water pressure is low - Very high electricity bills due to boiler inside apartment - Some tenants are very dirty and careless with shared spaces - THERE’S A ROACH PROBLEM, and management only schedules exterminators once a month during work hours - The building is rarely kept as cleaned as it should be; the gym is constantly very dirty, the bathroom inside of it is disgustingly kept, and everything is covered in dust 90% of the time. Food wrappers and trash on the floor go weeks before being cleaned up. - Building does not have all fixtures and amenities pictured in building website, and advertised - The laundry machines are always DISGUSTING, they are also very small and don’t work/dry properly. A small load takes an hour to dry. - The elevator has issues often - Package theft - The landlord, new super and main office are all arrogant, condescending and dismissive of your requests and boundaries as a tenant. Advice to landlord: Invest more in maintaining and keeping clean such nice and new building before it crumbles, provide the quality that is being charged in rent, TREAT YOUR TENANTS WITH RESPECT.”

“Pros: Decent amenities for the area Cons: Horrible block to live on within Bensonhurst, elevator and front door regularly does not work, rent is VERY high for the area, management company is VERY poorly”
