“Pros: The location and the super all very nice Cons: The water pressure”

“Pros: Conveinent location, good price (rent stabilized) and some units have been updated w modern appliances Cons: Washer/ dryer situation is BAD. Gym SUCKS. Lobby usually dirty. Didn’t have secure mailbox for 3+ months Advice to landlord: Hire more staff”

“Pros: Elevator and laundry in the building. Live in super was responsive to issues. Close to the 2/3 subway line. Front door intercom linked to your phone for unlocking the front door. Cons: Bedbug infestation shortly after moving in. Could hear mice moving in the walls and ceiling at night. Pretty sure a mouse died in the wall causing my hallway to smell awful for a week. While the apartment looks nice with new fixtures, upon closer inspection you can see the work was shoddily done. Most windows in the apartment were interior facing so there was very little natural light coming in. The area on each floor where recycling goes was much too small and was consistently full, sometimes blocking access to the garbage chute. Some concerns with safety. Once came across someone passed out on the stairs inside the lobby with their phone plugged into an outlet at the foot of the stairs. I assume they were someone who came in off the street and didn't live in the building.”

“Pros: Located central to everything. Residents and respectful. Dogs allowed. Cons: The Super is lazy. Lobby is consistently dirty. Advice to landlord: Hire a super that cares.”

“Pros: Elevator and laundry Cons: Bedbugs! That could not be resolved due to neighbors not taking proper action. Advice to landlord: Advise tenants of this issue!”

“Pros: Close to train Cons: Management is awful. Currently no gas in building, it’s been two months.Packages get stolen out of a package room with cameras and management won’t address it. Management won’t respond at all. Also, reoccurring black mild issue. Advice to landlord: Treat the building like you live here.”

“Pros: Super is very nice and does what he can to resolve issues Cons: Management is awful!! Packages are constantly stolen but management does nothing to improve the situation. There are cameras in the package room but Management is so unresponsive, that packages are continuously stolen. Advice to landlord: Respond to emails from tenants!!”

“Pros: Dedicated package room/laundry in building Renovated(ish) apartments Responsive and friendly super Cons: Whoever did the renovations cut a lot of corners - some things just weren't done right. Our super was great and responsive, but management was not. It was like pulling teeth to get ahold of the people directly responsible for our building if we needed anything”

“Pros: Close to the subway. Close to stores. Convenient location is probably the only pro. Cons: Moved out because of a rat issue.”
