“Pros: super clean, beautiful apartment with windows, great location, no pests, super would be pretty responsive and issues were dealt with reasonably quickly Cons: heating could be super expensive in the winter, walls were really poorly insulated so it would get pretty cold. however the individual units in each room were really nice and effective. rooms were very small, online these units were sometimes advertised for groups of 3 but would be a better fit for 4. keypad would sometimes not work and front door was always sort of jammed which was hard for guests to get in and out of & this was never fixed while we lived there”

“Unit 3 Pros: Clean building, newly renovated Cons: Bedrooms not up to code size, packed as many as possible into each apartment. People constantly moving in and out of the building.”

“Pros: Overall pretty satisfied. Although we had a few plumbing issues at the beginning, repair requests were easy. I really don't have much to say as this was a very standard experience. Cons: I don't have too many negatives. It's not the most charming apartment - it gets the job done and nothing else.”

“Pros: Was generally a pretty cool building Cons: Keypad didn’t always work! Not a roach infestation, but some roaches. Landlords often disregards and ignores requests.”

“Pros: Thick walls, quick response from super, nobody bothers me Cons: Washer + dryer barely work, it's a bit expensive. Advice to landlord: Get a new goddamn dryer and don't make me pay 7$ for laundry when the laundromat across the stress does the whole thing for 3$”
