“Pros: Rent and location are phenomenal. Price is great for a stabilized unit and you get a lot of space, are near the park, groceries, and restaurants. Cons: NO HEAT FOR TWO YEARS. Unresponsiveness from the landlord, super who does not know what he is doing it seems or cares or is severely underpaid by the landlord. Advice to landlord: Quit.”
