“Pros: I love my room have a lot natural lights!! I can watch the sunrise ! Cons: The owner is irresponsible and the building is old and they never fix anything in the building. I've been asking to fix the ceiling and change the old fridge and they never reply. Advice to landlord: You should listen to your tenant's requests and with all the money that you get every single month, you should start remodeling the building!! Thanks”

“Pros: The people who live in the building are very friendly. Cons: It can get very noisy outside on warm days. Advice to landlord: Respond a little faster when it comes to complaints inside homes.”
