“Unit 3 Pros: Love the layout - dishwasher is good you’re right on bedford so only 15 minutes to Williamsburg and only 20 minutes to Fulton station Cons: Management isn’t as responsive as they could be but they’re not bad. Will raise price of apartment by a crazy amount even though I’ve lived here for two years. Advice to landlord: Don’t raise rent”

“Unit 4 Pros: Close to the A/C trains, Fully renovated Cons: Management takes forever to fix any issues (if they ever do). They don't reply to emails or calls and haven't returned the security deposit after a month. Security cameras never work. The basement entrance is always dirty and gets infested with flies Advice to landlord: Acknowledge the existence of tenants”
