“Unit 17 Pros: Clean building with relatively responsive management. Cons: Homeless people are often on the stoop and packages are always getting stolen. Lots of little bugs pop up from time to time. Advice to landlord: A better way to deal with package delivery and offering a camera/virtual doorman.”

“Pros: Pretty clean within the building, garbage management is good. Regular maintenance work down on inside of building. Cons: There are roaches and mice, packages have been getting stolen. They put up scaffolding about a year ago an its still up, covering the whole building. The has been zero construction done, I'm guessing this is just to bypass the law of making sure the facade of the building is safe. Landlord probably trying to save money by using scaffolding instead of fixing the issues. This causes lack of sunlight coming into the building and bars forming nest on the scaffolding and bird shit all over. Advice to landlord: Stop being cheap. Fix the main issues in this building. Not the small ones where it makes you look like you're doing something when you're actually not”

“Pros: tile work is cool, good wide staircase. Cons: no elevator, super dirty, apartments are falling apart inside Advice to landlord: clean up please”
