“Pros: close to trains/buses, elevator, outdoor space, restaurant on ground floor, nice size apartments Cons: Moved out because: Unsafe part of town, constant noise from train traffic, a lot of drug use/gangs in area, theft in building, stolen packages, not smoke free, across the street from NYCHA and trash, storage unit for bikes in full abs can’t get in, broken washers or dryers, a lot of women complain that live-in building staff is rude and nasty Advice to landlord: Fix issues in building, respond to people”
