“Pros: Nice interior finish and well equipped apartment, huge windows and quiet neighborhood Cons: A little bit small. The shared entrance and corridor are poorly maintained. I was charged the security deposit and one month rent for breaking the lease. With these charges, the manager insists that he is the nicest landlord in the city, which I think is funny. FYI Advice to landlord: Be more transparent, sincere and direct.”
