“Pros: Excellent staff. Rent is in line with market expectations. Cons: Neighbors who smoke weed constantly moved in a few months ago, and the building has not convinced them to stop smoking up the entire floor. Laundry room constantly having issues. Advice to landlord: Fix the laundry room.”
