“Pros: Seemed cozy enough Cons: A lot of foot traffic around the area”

“Pros: Location, that’s it Cons: A new company took over this building a while back and they do not care about you. Good luck getting a maintenance request in, they go through a third party. Rent prices all over the place, constant trash in the garbage area. Advice to landlord: Respect your tenants”
