“Unit 1E Pros: big street, safe neighborhood, no package stolen Cons: dryer in the basement having issues for long time, not really good noise cancellation, not really enegergy efficiency ( heat doesnt work probably )”

“Unit 2E Pros: It was quite affordable Cons: The owner did things illegally. They were unresponsive to serious issues in the building. The apartments gradually filled up with young partyers who were loud all night all week. Advice to landlord: Do things above board”

“Pros: Low rent prices with nice appliances Cons: Laundry room was often out of order and hard to get management to respond to issues”

“Pros: High ceiling, washing machine in basement, you could put ur bike in basement Cons: Old type steam heater, noisy and not warm at all , no washing dishes machine, small sink in the kitchen, in the bathroom, the sink is small but acceptable because you just use it for brushing teeth, but its very low ( about 40inch height) My whole room smell like weed sometimes when some group of people smoking near the building , they also turn on loud music but occasionally Advice to landlord: Put camera in the hall and basement for security, the phone door is not working, replace heating system because it gonna colder and colder every year”

“Pros: Apartments have a dishwasher and plenty of storage. Laundry in basement. Cons: Walk up, laundry was out of order for the better part of a year.”
