“Pros: Location, some nice neighbors & shopping Cons: Cleanliness of the hallways. Extermination needs to follow sign in lobby. There has not been an exterminator here since I moved in. The floors are really thin. I can hear conversations from above and below me. Parking is tough. Advice to landlord: Answer tenants calls. Check on super to ensure things are being done.”
