My neighbor was a chain smoker and my room was next to stairwell and apartment smelled of cigarettes all the time. 2. My bathroom ceiling caved in once entirely because the apartment above me had a water leak. 3. They did construction and changed the flooring for a month at 7AM waking me up violently out my sleep. 4. Homeless man used to sleep in stairwell during the winter. Advice to landlord: Quit.”
