“Pros: - great neighbors & neighborhood - natural lighting is 10/10 - proximity to subway, grocery store, etc is fab! Cons: - old structures and layout of apartment is tough for 3 people - kitchen has old appliances that perpetually look dirty -mice/rat issue for a while but we solved it with cement”
