“Pros: Amazing neighborhood, clean apartment on move-in, lots of natural light on the upper floors Cons: William Gottlieb is a massive management company that doesn’t care at all about individual tenants. They’re incentivized to do the bare minimum, and in a neighborhood like the WV there are tenants willing to pay astronomical rates so they don’t care if you’re disappointed. Our rent went up by over 50% after the first year—we knew it was a COVID deal that wouldn’t last but didn’t expect to pay over $1,500 more per month for the second year. Enjoy it while you have it! Advice to landlord: Be more humane with rent raises”

“Pros: Got a relatively well priced deal. New appliances and clean. Cons: Our complaints about construction mishaps were not adressed.”

“Pros: Great location! Their maintenance stuff is great, if something breaks they usually have someone around to send on a short notice. Cons: Management is NOT tenant friendly. Most of the people in the building don’t renew the lease. Non existent customer service, rude! Beware they raise rent 10% each year. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants with respect.”
