“Pros: great location and w+d in unit Cons: Theres no pest management, roaches and mice everywhere, non responsive landlord, high rent Advice to landlord: maintain the building and apartments”

“Pros: The super was always very kind and the building was quiet. My unit faced towards the patio so it was like a nook. Cons: I found a dead mouse behind the fridge and found a bedbug in my apartment. I was told by the pest control people that I hired (because the landlord didn’t really do much about it except email someone asking if it was actually a bedbug) told me that it was most likely coming from a neighboring unit, so I didn’t get it from my things.”

“Pros: Great location, easy and honest landlord. Cons: Smallish apartment. The super was not good. Advice to landlord: Nothin. Joe is a pro.”
