“Pros: Good location, cheap, spacious Cons: This is specifically for 2FH, I can’t speak to the units behind the courtyard. Not well maintained, lost hot water multiple times, and very little urgency when we had mice”

“Pros: small, quiet building and affordable and near subway and good restaurants and bars Cons: heat is controlled by building and way too hot. apartments need updating. Advice to landlord: see above”

“Pros: The apartment was affordable and quiet. Cons: We had an ongoing bed bug issue that the landlord / management company failed to address in a timely manner. It caused a lot of anxiety and I would not recommend this building.”
