“Unit 2F Pros: The building is very quiet, it is in an ideal location for whatever needs you may have. The landlord responds in a timely manner and is very understanding. Cons: The water sometimes doesn't get hot but that is a rare occurrence, otherwise no complaints. Advice to landlord: N/A”
