“Pros: The neighbors were nice. Finishes and floors were lovely. Good kitchen, nice layout. Cons: The super never responded. He refused to help with major issues and was rude in responding. One of the owners was a mess and terrified the children. Advice to landlord: Be kinder to your tenants.”
