“Pros: great area, great views, great sunlight Super is awesome and the building is cleaned regularly Rent is great Cons: The landlord does not respond really at all - could use better communication”

“Pros: Nothing at all Cons: They never answer their phone or help in emergencies!!!! They don’t do anything about the evil tenants who have assaulted me several times & turn our electric & heat off. I NEVER met the landlord or building manager. No one will give me a landlords number. We didn’t have a door that locked for 6 months..after the fire dept knocked the door down bc I was stuck on the balcony for 5 hours in the rain. No one helped me. Advice to landlord: Answer your phone & give a crap about your tenants.”
