“Pros: Highish ceilings large studio with huge kitchen and big floor to ceiling window. Cons: They were doing construction in the courtyard.”

“Pros: Well maintained, quiet prewar building in a great location. Lived in the apartment for multiple years with no problems. Door intercom was updated while I was living here. Cons: The neighboring building would do maintenance on outdoor AC units outside the bedroom windows in the summer that would be noisy. Having workers right outside my bedroom windows meant I couldn't open my blinds during the day.”

“Pros: Laundry in building, elevator, close to everything you need Cons: Management is not responsive to heat/maintenance issues, had to call every day to get heat turned on. Elevator was broken for at least six months. Also requested assistance to fix bathroom, no response at all. Also tried to hold our security deposit for invented reason. Do NOT recommend renting from this management. Apartment was also run down, no natural light, and not modern at all. Dead cockroaches in basement.”
