“Pros: Great a size unit and honestly the neighbors were the best part Cons: The noise level of the corner. The pests are mainly roaches left everywhere. The moldy entrance. The cracking and expanding walls are everywhere. everything. Advice to landlord: renovate and pay homage the the decent tenants you have had with you for years”
