“Pros: Great super, always reachable. When things weren't working properly, management would prorate rent. Cons: Raised the rent an insane amount during lease renewal Advice to landlord: Don't raise the rent”

“Pros: Well maintained and nice finishes/appliances. Decent rooftop with grill. Cons: Management is VERY hard to get ahold of and can take months to provide solutions. Gym and rooftop bare bones and could be improved.”

“Pros: Steven, the super, is WONDERFUL. Diligent and helpful, lovely and responsive. Maintenance overall is great. Cons: Gym is very barebones, with 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 bike, and some weights. Management can be frustrating and unresponsive via email.”
