“Unit 3A Pros: The building itself is pretty much perfect. All the appliances work. Great light from all hours of the day. Mgmt is exceptional. Quick to respond and deal with issues even though we’ve had very few. Cons: its a walk up. the basement floods with heavy rains. there's a halfway house across the street and a homeless shelter on the other side of the pulaski. so you can expect to see your fair share of characters.”
