“Unit 3F Pros: Cute building, 1 washer/dryer in basement, pet-friendly, owners are somewhat responsive, maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly (dependent on scheduling) Cons: Only 1 washer/dryer in basement for entire building, brief period of break-ins to the building with theft of miscellaneous items in building that were not in apartments (eventually resolved with new door code and cameras being installed) Advice to landlord: Communicate more with issues going on with building. There wasn't much communication to the residence regarding break ins until we were told the door code was changing.”

“Unit Basement Pros: Good looking units and nice roof Cons: Disgustingly damp 1st floor where mildew grows on your clothes and under your bed. Mice and cockroaches infested and disgusting backyard Advice to landlord: Actually maitenance the property”

“Pros: Wall-mounted a/c units wood floors cool neighbours windows facing green inner courtyard good amount of kitchen space Cons: landlord is extremely shady, will hide from you if you have any concerns or problems. black mold in the a/c due to the sometimes flooding illegal basement apartment weird mail issue where i assume the landlord did not correctly update the units to usps, so it's impossible to forward mail”
