“Pros: it’s so gross nothing pro Cons: they don’t clean, they don’t fix anything. the supers don’t do anything manageable Advice to landlord: get a better super”

“Pros: The building is very diverse and haven’t seen any crime around the building. Cons: Management response on fixing something is very low. Thin walls, heat a lot of noise. Heat rarely comes in the building. Rats and roaches frequent in the building but can be manageable within your house. Advice to landlord: Improve the management situation of the building.”

“Pros: The apartment, the space and some of the neighbors Cons: The lack of response to concerns and issues from the superintendent and the owner. Advice to landlord: Listen and be more attentive to your tenants, their problems and concerns, everybody’s trying to pay on time so it’s the least you can do ”
