“Pros: That there is cameras Cons: Noisy neighbors , old mailboxes , old intercom system, old elevator (always out of service) , super chooses the days you can throw out garbage ex: if you want to throw out a box on Friday you have to wait until Tuesday or Thursday, noisy garbage chutes , bad maintenance and excuses for upgrades, poor lighting in the building , entrance only had stairs but has space to make a ramp vet unaccessible to people with children and the disabled Advice to landlord: pay more attention to the building and upgrade it we pay rent for a reason.”
