“Pros: I guess they respond quick Cons: Landlord has illegal occupancy in the basement. I live in the upper levels of the building but I’ve noticed 2 apartments down in the basement. I noticed because I just started washing my clothes down there. Advice to landlord: Don’t be money hungry. This can get you in trouble.”
