“Pros: Location and quiet building. Cons: Poor heat, you will be cold most of winter. The super means well but he will tell you the heat and hot water are controlled by central. The elevator sucks, people get stuck in it all the time. The management is horrible. They don’t care. And good luck getting your deposit back, they lied to me that I would get mine back. Advice to landlord: Give tenants what they deserve, think about your own family quality of life.”

“Unit 52 Pros: Our apartment was renovated, our neighbors are fairly quite, the building is in a great location, parking is fairly easy. Cons: The first year we lived here, the dryers did not work, there are not enough washers and dryers for the whole building, the heat is very inconsistent. Building management is very slow and hesitant to fix problems. The contractors who renovated the apartment did a poor quality job, there are cracks throughout our kitchen floor. The painting is often peeling. There have been many problems with leaks and water damage. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants, don't ignore them, fix problems instead of letting them get worse.”
