“Unit 1B Pros: The apartments are spacious. The management company is responsive Monday to Fridays during business hours. Cons: Has a lot of issues with water bugs, spiders, centipedes, roaches, ants & rodents. There’s a ridiculous infestation of rodents & ants. Responsiveness doesn’t mean they’ll resolve your issues. The building is very poorly maintained. Advice to landlord: Fix the building”
