“Unit 2F Pros: Exposed brick, hardwood floors Cons: You will step over an assortment of street entrepreneurs to enter this building. Day and night they are sitting on the steps. One of the neighbors throws their trash out of the window and the rats love to eat whatever falls out of the busted bag. There is peeling laminate, messy caulk and a rusty sink and toilet. Advice to landlord: If you want to raise the rent by 60% at least have the decency to make sure people don’t have to step over non-residents sitting on the steps to enter the building!”

“Pros: Great location, great super and landlord, have enjoyed living here for 1.5 years Cons: Can be very loud, group of people sitting outside ALWAYS, not many amenities”

“Pros: Great location, decent price Cons: Very, very loud. Windows do almost nothing to block the sounds out modified car engines, insanely loud car music, dirt bike and ATVs. If you can sleep through your bed shaking from noise, then this is for you Advice to landlord: Figure out a way to manage noise”
