“Pros: door men are great, best location, no bug issues Cons: super is OK. some of the renters are having trouble with their ac and heating units and the fixes took a long time ... and some still not 100% Advice to landlord: Fix ac and heating units; upgrade hopefully. Otherwise really awesome spot.”

“Pros: Great doormen, nice lobby, don’t hear neighbors Cons: Rude and unresponsive management, slow elevator, slow to fix any repairs. Had black water coming out of our sink for months with no management response. Did not even give rent relief despite not being able to use water. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants and stop charging a premium on amenities that never work”
