“Pros: The staff at the front desk and the super Agron are wonderful and helpful at all hours of the day and night Cons: The property management from the midtown office never respond and are unhelpful they also don’t provide the building with everything it needs and use the one tiny common space we have as their own personal office Advice to landlord: Provide the supplies needed to the building and stop being so tight with the money when we’re paying exorbitant rent for tiny apartments and you use the one small common space as personal office for the midtown managers”

“TL;DR: Apartments with the quality of $3000 and almost zero amenity charging its residents $4000+, meaning you'll be better off elsewhere. The noise from the sirens and the buses and trucks on Amsterdam Ave is driving everybody crazy. Woke up in the middle of the night to the noise almost every night wondering if I slept with the window open; I did not. ACs in this building are poorly maintained and extremely loud even at the lowest fan speed. When the ACs are not on, the noise of the street comes right into the apartment due to the fact that it is not completely blocked from the outside. The little laundry room and the little gym in the basement of this building close at 11PM, and there is no moving on Sundays, the reasons of which are still unknown to the residents to this day. Oh and cockroaches were seen in the basement, and rodents were seen in the apartment. Management is not onsite, and they put up all sort of event posters in the elevator that is not happening in this building, not once, oh it's because there is simply no public venue to host events.”
