“Unit 2L Pros: The apartments have high ceilings, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in each unit. Warm in the winters. Cons: The “handyman” was useless and was pretty much drunk most of the time. I would have to beg management to hire a professional instead. Hopefully they’ve fired him since. Radiators are violently loud.”

“Pros: The building is lovely and in a great location. Cons: There was a problem with trash management.”
