“Pros: Location location location! Cons: Terrible unresponsive management. Building is falling apart. Mold, pests, holes in the wall. Overpriced for tiny apartments.”

“Pros: Location and location Cons: Place is filthy (stairs, hallways, entrance and hallway windows), slow to respond to needed repairs if ever, NO SUPER. Lots of mice and rats. Advice to landlord: Clean your building, paint the hallways, repair leaks, wash and fix all the windows in common area including vestibule, get a bonafied super, control the vermin.”
