“Unit 2R Pros: It's infested with mice, roaches and bedbugs. Exterminator only comes to our apartment when I call but doesn't do the other apartments. It's old and needs upgrades in our apartment. There are people living in the boiler roomtaking up our hot water. Cons: Everything I just stated. There are no Pros. Advice to landlord: Artex property maagement needs to put a tent over the building to get rid of the mice. There are thousands. They need to upgrade our apartments, especially the kitchen and bathroom. For $2885 this apartment looks like the year it was built.”
