“Pros: Location was great. Living off the parkway is something I will always miss. Cons: No radiator for our apartment. We had to rely on space heaters and warm blankets. One good thing though is that if the space heaters were ever damaged they would quickly replace it. There was also a case of fleas in the laundry room, probably from the stray cats in the neighborhood. Advice to landlord: The laundry room downstairs could use a good cleaning”

“Pros: Nice building with newly renovated units, dishwasher Cons: Laundry room in basement was flea infested and kittens lived in the walks :(”

“Pros: Spacious Apartments with new appliances, hardwood floors, and original details. Super close to utica ave- crown heights train stop 3/4. Cons: Management could be a bit more responsive”

“Pros: Big beautiful south facing windows, hardwood floors, locking doors Cons: Moldy bathrooms and moldy basement laundry. Advice to landlord: clean up the mold, and the source of the mold.”
