“Pros: Near the train station. Bathroom was nice. Loved the coffee shop nearby. Cons: Roach infestation from the day we moved in. Apartment wasnt cleaned. Roommate had to hire a professional cleaner. Hole in floor and ceiling. Landlord was extremely unresponsive. Even forgot to notify us that we had to sign up for National Grid. Very harsh conversations that involved me being yelled at on the phone by landlord. My worst NYC living experience so far.”
