“Pros: Laundry room Overall maintenance/cleanliness Cons: You can hear everything — other people in your apt (even if they’re quiet), neighbors next to you, and neighbors across the hallway. Also anyone above you too. The doors in the building slam shut and are incredibly loud”

“Pros: It’s a modern building with excellent cleanliness levels along with excellent facilities for laundry, wi-fi, and common spaces Cons: The HVAC system doesn’t get changed often (if at all) which means we have to cover most of the vents with filters otherwise everything gets very dusty. Advice to landlord: Replace HVAC filters!”

“Pros: Built in laundry unit, overall new building, and fast internet access! Cons: Apartment main doors are not sound insulated and tend to rattle. Anyone having a conversation in their living room is heard in the main hallway Advice to landlord: Maybe add some rubber door seals to each apartment!”

“Pros: Super quiet. High tech heating and cooling Cons: Partially 30 day rentals -so lots of tenant turnover. Also - the owners really went on the cheap in certain things like apartment doors”
